Sales - Business Development Managers Wanted - All cities large and small across the United States and Canada
C & R Productions is looking for smart and motivated sales professionals to join our sales team. We need ambitious individuals with the ability to identify and close sales. The ideal person is a self starter and hungry to prove their potential. We want proactive individuals who aren't afraid to dive in head first and acquire new business.
In this position, you will be consulting and selling to local business owners and decision makers at small and medium sized businesses. You will be prospecting and closing business via phone, local events and door to door.
Our sales staff is not just a sale rep for our company, they are Business Development Managers. We are a software development and web site design company with products that enable businesses to increase their bottom line while making their customers HAPPY! A rare thing these days.
We provide on-going training though meetings, hands on and webinars.
Our initial product is in pre-sales mode and potential clients are on every street corner. Come and grow with us as we become one of the leading software businesses.
We will provide you with business cards, brochures and a sales binder.
Top paid commissions plus monthly maintenance compensation for as long as you are with the company. In the first year your potential could be 6 figures and will keep growing after that.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a consistent client pipeline on a daily basis
- Identify clients' needs and cultivate effective sales strategies
- Post launch - ensure consistent value is delivered to the client and potential for up-sell is realized
- Contribute leadership through your experience and work ethic

Qualifications:
