Christine Siler - President
Randall Siler - CIO
In the late 1970s, Christine Siler was drawn into the computer era by the prospect of having all her skin care customers and their related information, held in a readable, searchable database.  She realized what a boon it would be to be able to call a customer just before they ran out of a product.  At the time, a Texas Instruments TI-99 computer and a hi-fi cassette player for storage, was state-of-the-art in home computers.  She programmed her own application and database which she used for several years to very good effect, winning consultant of the year in her area and several other prestigious awards.

Well, she's never looked back, she and her husband, Randall have started and ran several successful businesses along the way, always with a computer or two (or ten) in a prominent place.  Randall had been tinkering with computers for many years, having constructed his own adding machine with individual transistors on a breadboard in the mid 1970s.  It was a huge construction compared with today's credit card sized calculators but it worked.  A short time later he worked for Lockheed and was pressed into service doing some patchwork programming for a test facility.

Then in the mid 80s, Christine and Randall decided to start up a computer/software business.  Randall went to a computer technical school but found he was teaching more than learning so he started working full time at the business after the first year to handle the increasing demands of the business.  Things went well but Christine and Randall both found themselves on the road more than working.  They decided that southern California with its dense traffic, was not the best place for an in dependant consulting business so they packed up and moved to Phoenix in 1990.  They've been there ever since.

C & R Productions has always been on the cutting edge and so has Christine.  They recognised the potential of the Internet very early and became one of the first website design and hosting companies in the valley as well as one of the very first dial-up Internet Service providers in Glendale, Arizona.  The software industry was expanding exponentially at the time and C & R was doing well in that area.  They designed and wrote the first mobile application for ADOT's highway inspectors, they wrote custom applications for such companies as Safeway, Intel, Best Western and many other Fortune 500 companies as well as State and County agencies but they enjoy working with small to medium businesses the most.

They build custom websites.  They understand database needs, ecommerce, newsletters, blogs, SEO and all things web and Internet.  They are proficient in Software development for SQL, .Net, VB and all flavors of C from small utilities to large stand-alone programs. Because of their longevity in the software industry, they are especially good at upgrades and software conversions.

Christine stopped programming years ago to oversee the web site design side of the company.  She was American Business Women's Association's Woman of the Year for 2007 for the Southwest Valley Express Chapter and a nominee in 2009.  She has served on the board for several business groups and is currently the president elect of her chapter of American Business Women's Association.  She home-schools her grandson and belongs to several business and networking groups as well as personal groups. She enjoys gardening, crafts and being outdoors.

Christine has always been a few years ahead of the times.  She recycled before most people knew what recycling is.  She takes her own bags to the grocery store.  She was green before green was "IN".  She cares very deeply for our footprint on the earth and the quality of life and health of the USA. Hence came I Want Made in the USA.com. She saw that many imported products were not of good quality and that Americans were losing their jobs.  She does believe that 1 person can make a difference..

 

Mathew
Mathew is our little mascot and apprentice. He has built over 15 web sites from Pokemon to Hot wheel cars at the age of 8. He is our future upcoming president of C&R Productions.

 

Michael
A U.S. Veteran from the U.S Air Force, Michael is dedicated to customer service. Born and raised in Minnesota, he has over 35 years in experience in retail management. His hobbies include Golf, Nascar, Bowling and most of all his son. Michael is raising his son Matt, he is a single father.

 

Devi
Devi has earned her M.S. in Media Arts & Science from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. She is an illustrator at heart. Devi's artistic background led her to the graphic and print design industry for over a decade. While studying at IUPUI, she gained valuable experience in multimedia from animation to web development. Thanks to evolving technology, she uses the computer as an artistic tool. She taught at IUPUI and was actively involved in various university organizations. Her diverse background is reflected through the work produced.

 

David
David's strong graphic design background in advertising is reflected on his work. He evolved into web development, implementing unique design concepts and artistic input.
